-- Today is / was free cone day at ben&jerry's!
I kid you not.
but did i have a ride to civilization?
noooo. =(
the rest of vacation included such things as a movie, more ultimate frisbee, more playgrounds, sunshine, ice cream etc.
yeah good stuff right there.
you dont have to go the city or the beach or anything spiffy like that to have a good time.
but now unfortunetly vacation ended two days ago.
and Im starting to wonder how on earth I'll ever be able to deserve a summer.
I fail at motivation and productivity but succeed amazingly at procastination and the like.
oh well.
on a different note: this weekend should be fun. as I will be seeing some kids from teenpact. woooot.
and while we're being happy I'll bring up that I'm going to Pennsylvania and Virginia on may 13th for about a week.
(to see a friend who moved down there a handful of years ago. and to see my awesome brother who moved down zhere last year.)
and on a musical note. ( no pun intended , seriously)
let me just say that the following are/is amazing.
bayside.
family force 5.
the shins.
the beatles.
little peice of heaven - avenged sevenfold.
zombie - the cranberries.

the saturday, sunday, and the "ultimate" monday.
saturday-sunday:
*in short, weren't bad either.
saturday consisted of getting up towards lunch hour. what else is new?
zhen heading to a kids play at CMCC with heidi which had my friend playing sleeping beauty in it. I was pleased to see that when I tried to speak in a soft but high pitched voice I squeaked. (I love concerts....)
henyway - following that heidi and I got dropped at governors restaurant. and let me tell you, it was great. and I'll tell you why. i got to pay for my own food! (at a place other than a fast food place) like, they gave me one of those book things to put the tip and money in or whatever. im a big girl now =)
happy
so in a nutshell saturday and sunday were just pretty much me and heidi hangin out.

sunday night = second ever youth group meeting. and of course, it was just me and ashley. (the youth leader) it was a good time though.
I ate captain crunch and she pretended to know how to play drums....and we also found other various activities.
Monday....ahhh....Monday.
It proved that you dont have to be in soviet Russia to not hate mondays.
=D
that day was:
*spontaneous
*adventurous
*enjoyable
*just awesome.
woke up, got dressed, stepped out of door.
got dropped at ashleys with heydi. (not heidi.)
made pizza, went to nearby park to have picnic.
met some people, played ultimate frisbee with 'em for ....maybe 2 or 3 hours.
became buddies with said group of people.
went to target with them, and played hide and seek in the store =D
(on the way there we got gelato. holy crap - its yummy)
(and in the store i bought a stuffed dino. and named him mr.geoffery stegs [like STEGosaurus.])
after target our newfound friends and us went to a school playground.
played some weird kind tag, man hunt, peed in the woods, played the laughing (aka "ha ha") game, played leap frog, got cold, and peaced out.
following that adventure heydi, ashley and I proceeded to put purple streaks in our hair.
heydi's didnt work at all.
neither did ashelys.
and i have a blonde streak now.
dont ask how that works.
basically......it was a good day.
and heres some piccccccs for you.
(showin off our frisbee moves)

(a circular game of rock-paper-scissors)

GELATO

hair dyeing.

sk-k-k-k-killet
friday:
*was sunnyyyy
*really enjoyable
*memorable too
*just awesome.
the highlight, quite clearly, was the concert. (skillet, thousand foot krutch, dicyfer down[sp?])
however a few other minor things just made it that much better of a day.
before le concert we all (the youth group and a tag along - mr. mark stephenson) headed to a pretty place known as the ocean. there was a light house....and a kite...and all that good stuff.
----------
I told my mother the following day about my head pains the night before, and how there was a frog in my throat from screaming, and how very hot and sticky the concert was.
the right thing do to would be to say " dang, that sounds like it was awesome."
but, of course, being a mom, she sympathized with me. tsk tsk.
*shakes head*
and you can find a larger collection of pictures here:

=D

we are SUCH rebels.

soooo....some awesome dweeb actually brought a real live skillet to the show. i kid you not. i reckon their arm got tired. ( as they were waving that thing around for the entirety of the show)

the guitarist.

the old album cover.

the show.

frontman - Mr.John Cooper

confetti party on the floor

oh and fer all you daft punk fans - (*cough* me!) - id like to recall how there was one point during a song when the keyboard guy from either skillet or thousand foot krutch did a minute-long little version (of his own kind) of "harder, better, faster, stronger" by daft punk.
honestly....I was kinda excited.
peace out.
sincerely,
- me

hugs,pukage,porcupines,politics and more.
** the other day I had a conversation ive been meaning to have for a long time.( and I really like how it went.)
** autumn G stopped giving hugs(.....im not kidding. THE APOCOLYPSE IS COMING.)
** it looks like there's a better chance of going to first session at CP camp - (awesome much?)
** me and hannah are having a porcupine contest. (I dont even know why....cause mine owns)
** oh and i got sick for a day.( puked on 4 occasions. good times...good times...brightside: i got to watch 3 movies)
--------
from march 31st to april 4 or 5th....Teenpact happened. Ive only been two years. this being my second. but it owned last time by far.
i realize that the entire point of it was to learn stuff... but the best part was just hangin out with people.definitally
if i had been given a bag labeled " teenpact inside jokes and memories" it wouldnt have been big enough.
unless it was like 20 feet in diamter but thats entirely beside the point.
--------
if you want ill post some pics. or if youre not lazy you can find them in the teenpact group on facebook. which is either called "
teenpact" or "teenpact maine"
